Visualising Reading Teacher Development Session

I’ve been teaching on a summer presessional and experimenting with the idea of visualising reading in an effort to make academic texts more accessible to students. These students are going on to do MAs in various fields of art & design so I’ve been working on the use of visualisation to tap into their creative skills and make bridges into making sense of academia.

I was so pleased with the results that I volunteered to do one of the teacher development sessions to share my experience so far.  You can see my slides here: Visualising Reading-2
